Just a friendly reminder:
Dog owners are to keep their dogs on a leash and to clean up waste from their dogs. Fines will be applied if the Bylaws are not followed.

New HOA Fire Pit
The new HOA fire pit is now open and available for use to all unit owners of Wagon Wheel Pass.
The fire pit is located in the grass common area behind the flag pole at the corner of University Pkwy and River Hills Pkwy.

WARNING!
For Condo Owners that are on the east side of River Hills Pkwy. Poison Ivy has been reported between the Green Belt and the fence line by the train tracks.
