Just a friendly reminder:
Dog owners are to keep their dogs on a leash and to clean up waste from their dogs. Fines will be applied if the Bylaws are not followed.

WARNING!
For Condo Owners that are on the east side of River Hills Pkwy. Poison Ivy has been reported between the Green Belt and the fence line by the train tracks.
WARNING:
Around July 19, 2022 we had a couple of residents vehicles broken into. I believe some owner items were stolen from the cars. Both cars were parked in the driveway and possibly may not have been locked.
Please be vigilant and park your automobiles in your garage for safety. If your automobile is left in the driveway make sure all the windows are up and the doors are locked. Parking in your garage with the garage door closed is the safer option.
