Improvements and Exterior Changes

It is important to keep the elements consistent throughout the community. If you wish to make changes to the Limited or Common Elements (landscaping/buildings) you must submit an Improvement/Exterior Change form. These changes include landscaping, garage doors, front door, windows, exterior lighting, antennas, or anything attached to the exterior of the building.
